Pricing
Clear, fixed quotes. No lock-in.
Every business is set up differently, so we quote a fixed price after a short, free process audit. You'll know exactly what you're paying for before anything starts.
What a quote includes
- 01
Free process audit
A short questionnaire about how leads arrive, who handles them and where admin piles up. It asks a few follow-up questions based on your answers, then shows an automatic summary of where automation could help. It is a starting point, whether you work with us or not.
No charge
- 02
Fixed setup fee
One price for the build, agreed in writing before we start: design, scripts, integrations, testing and training. No hourly surprises.
Quoted in NZD
- 03
Monthly support
Monitoring, updates when your hours or prices change, improvements and help when you need it. Cancel with notice, no lock-in contract.
Month to month
- 04
Software and usage
Platform subscriptions, phone numbers, call minutes and texts. Some are billed in US dollars by the provider. We show these as their own lines so you always see what you pay for.
At cost, shown separately
How quotes are scoped
From first answers to a fixed price.
You see the scope in writing before you see a price, and nothing is billed until you approve both.
- 01
Free process audit
A few quick questions, one at a time, plus follow-ups only where they apply, on how enquiries reach you today, what happens after hours and where work goes missing.
- 02
Written scope
A short document listing exactly what we will build, which tools it connects to and what is out of scope.
- 03
Fixed quote
One setup price in NZD, a monthly support price, and software and usage estimated on separate lines.
- 04
Build, test, launch
We build on test numbers first, you approve every script and message, then we switch it on and train your team.
What drives price
Six things that move a quote up or down.
-
Call flows and channels
One number with one script is simpler than several numbers, languages or channels such as web chat and social messages.
-
Integrations
Connecting to your calendar, job management or booking software adds work, especially when a system has a limited API.
-
Booking rules
Live booking across several staff calendars, service types or locations takes more setup and testing than a simple callback.
-
Call and text volume
Usage costs from the phone and SMS providers rise with volume. We estimate these from your real numbers.
-
Content and scripts
If your prices, service areas and FAQs are already written down, setup is quicker. If not, we help you write them.
-
Support level
Light monitoring costs less than a plan that includes regular changes, reporting and ongoing improvements.
Our promises
Straightforward, in writing.
- A fixed setup price agreed before work starts
- Software and usage shown on separate lines, at cost
- Every quote in NZD
- Month-to-month support, no long contracts
- Accounts in your business name wherever possible
- If we don't think it will pay off for you, we'll say so
Why don't you publish prices?
Because setups vary a lot. A missed call text back for a sole trader is a very different job from an AI receptionist with live booking across three clinics. We would rather give you a fixed quote for your actual needs than a misleading starting price.
Are prices in NZ dollars?
Our setup and support fees are quoted in NZD. Some software, such as HighLevel, is billed by the provider in US dollars, so its NZD cost moves with the exchange rate. We show this clearly in every quote.
How are texts charged?
Text messages are charged per message by the SMS provider. Most small businesses spend a modest amount each month, and we estimate it in your quote based on your volumes.
Do I own the accounts?
Wherever possible the software accounts are in your business name, so your data and setup stay with you if you ever stop working with us.
What does the AI receptionist software cost on its own?
As a rough 2026 market guide, about $75 to $300 NZD a month plus usage. See how much an AI receptionist costs in NZ.
