AI consulting
Why it matters
There is a lot of noise about AI. Most owners we speak to don't need a strategy deck; they need to know which two or three changes will save real hours or win more work, and what it will cost to get there.
We keep it grounded. Every recommendation names the task, the tool, the risk and the effort. If the honest answer is "a better spreadsheet would do", we will say so.

Who is AI consulting for?
Owners and managers of NZ businesses with roughly 2 to 50 staff who know they should be using AI and automation better, but don't want to waste money on the wrong tools. It suits service businesses best: trades, clinics, professional services, property and hospitality.
What does responsible AI use look like for a small business?
Be open with customers when they are dealing with an AI, keep a person accountable for decisions, protect personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020, and check AI output before it goes to customers. The NZ Government has published guidance on responsible AI use for businesses, and we follow the same common-sense principles.
Are there grants for AI or digital adoption in NZ?
Support programmes change often. Some regional business partner programmes have offered co-funding for advice and capability building in the past. Check current eligibility with your Regional Business Partner before relying on any funding. We can provide the documentation a programme asks for.
How long does an AI consulting engagement take?
Most take two to three weeks from your first questionnaire to the written plan, depending on how quickly your team can share what we need.
Do I have to use you to build it?
No. The plan is yours. You can implement parts yourself and ask us to build only the more technical pieces.
Will you need access to our systems?
Read-only access or a screen-share walkthrough is usually enough. We never need passwords sent by email.
How much does it cost?
We quote a fixed fee in NZD, based on the size of the business and the number of teams involved.
