Real estate and property
The problem we see most
Real estate runs on speed and follow-up. A buyer enquiry on a Sunday night is a potential appraisal next year, and a vendor who feels ignored will list with someone else. Property managers have the opposite problem: too many calls, many of them about maintenance, and a few that are genuinely urgent.
We build systems that respond quickly, keep good records and leave advice and negotiation to licensed people, in line with your obligations under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and the rules set by the Real Estate Authority.
Three situations, and what changes
-
01
Weekend listing enquiries
Portal and website enquiries arrive while you're running open homes and can't reply for hours.
With automation
Each enquiry gets an instant, personal reply with the open home times and a way to book a viewing, and lands in your pipeline.
-
02
Open home follow-up
You collect 20 names at an open home and only manage to call half of them.
With automation
Attendees get a thank-you text the same day and a follow-up sequence, with hot buyers flagged for your call.
-
03
Maintenance call overload
Tenants ring about dripping taps and no hot water in the same queue.
With automation
The AI receptionist captures the issue, address and photos, flags urgent issues for immediate action and logs routine requests.
Example maths
Worked example: an independent salesperson
Doubling the share of open home attendees who get a timely, personal follow-up means more conversations each month, more appraisal opportunities and a fuller database for the next listing. The value of one extra listing a year usually outweighs the cost of the system many times over. Example numbers only. Use the missed call calculator with your own figures.
- Open home attendees a month
- 60
- Followed up today
- 50%
- Followed up with automation
- 100%

Works with the tools you already use
Many agencies already have a CRM required by their brand. In that case we add text back, AI call handling and follow-up around it, rather than replacing it.

Does this replace my existing CRM?
Not necessarily. If your brand requires a specific CRM, we work around it, adding missed call text back, AI call handling and follow-up that hands clean data back. For independents, a HighLevel setup can be the whole system.
What about privacy and the Real Estate Agents Act?
Messages identify you and your agency, follow-ups only go to people who gave their details, and marketing messages include an opt-out under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. The AI never gives advice about price or the property beyond approved facts, leaving that to licensed people.
Services for real estate and property
Can the AI book viewings?
Yes, into the time slots you make available, with confirmations and reminders by text.
Can it handle tenant maintenance calls after hours?
Yes. It captures the problem and address, follows your urgent repair rules and notifies the right person or contractor.
Will it work alongside Palace or Console?
It runs alongside them. Whether data can sync automatically depends on the integrations available for your account, which we check first.
Does it work for a whole agency?
Yes. We can set up separate pipelines and routing for each salesperson or property manager, with shared reporting for the principal.
