Home services
The problem we see most
Home services are won on speed and convenience. Someone wants their windows washed before the in-laws visit, or a quote for a move next month. They message three businesses and book whoever replies with a time.
The best customers are repeat customers: the quarterly clean, the spring garden tidy, the annual pest treatment. Most businesses rely on memory to bring them back. Automation does it on time, every time.
Three situations, and what changes
-
01
Quote requests from everywhere
Enquiries arrive by phone, website form, Facebook and Instagram, and some slip through.
With automation
Every channel feeds one inbox, each enquiry gets an instant reply and lands in a pipeline so nothing is missed.
-
02
No-shows and lockouts
The crew turns up and nobody is home, or the gate is locked and the dog is out.
With automation
Reminders the day before and on the morning, with a simple "reply 1 to confirm" and access notes saved to the job.
-
03
Seasonal and repeat work
Last year's customers forget to rebook, so you start each season from scratch.
With automation
A timed check-in when the next service is due, sent only to customers who agreed to hear from you.
Example maths
Worked example: a residential cleaning business
If a timely, polite reminder prompts 15% of 120 past clients to book one extra clean a year, that is 18 extra cleans, or about $3,240 of extra work, with no ad spend. Add faster replies to new enquiries and fewer no-shows, and the numbers stack up quickly. Example numbers only. Use the missed call calculator with your own figures.
- Regular clients
- 120
- Share who rebook after a reminder
- 15%
- Average clean
- $180

Can customers book online themselves?
Yes. We set up a booking page for each service with the right duration, buffer time between jobs and service areas, so people only book what you can actually do. You can require approval for larger jobs.
How do you handle reviews?
After each completed job, the customer gets a short thank-you text with a link to leave a Google review. If they reply with a problem instead, it comes to you privately so you can put it right.

Can it handle quotes that need photos?
Yes. The reply can ask the customer to text a few photos, which are saved against their contact so you can quote without a site visit.
Will reminders annoy my customers?
We keep them short, useful and infrequent, and every marketing message includes an easy opt-out. Most customers appreciate a reminder.
Can different crew members see their own jobs?
Yes. Each team member can have their own calendar and mobile app access, limited to what they need.
Do I need a new website?
No. Booking pages and chat can be added to your current website or shared as a link from social media.
