Why it matters
People often visit your site after hours, on their phone, with one simple question: do you do this, do you come to my area, how soon can you come? If they can't find the answer in a few seconds they leave. A well-set-up assistant answers that question and turns the visit into an enquiry.
We train it only on information you approve, and we give it clear boundaries. It won't make up prices, promise dates it can't see, or wander off topic. When it can't help, it collects details and hands over to a person.

What is the difference between an AI chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions, such as checking a calendar, creating a contact or booking an appointment. Our website assistants are a careful middle ground: they answer and can take a small set of approved actions. Read AI agents vs chatbots for the full explanation.
Will it make things up?
Any AI can get things wrong, which is why setup matters. We restrict it to your approved information, tell it to say "I'm not sure, let me get someone to help" rather than guess, and test it with tricky questions before launch. Prices and promises are only given in the words you approve.
Is my customers' data safe?
Conversations are stored in your CRM account. The AI platforms we use may process data offshore, which your privacy statement needs to explain under the Privacy Act 2020. We avoid collecting more than is needed and never use chats to train public models where that can be switched off.
Does it work on any website?
Yes. The chat widget is a small code snippet that works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and custom sites.
Can it answer in te reo Māori?
Modern AI models can understand and use some te reo Māori, and we can include greetings and common phrases. For anything more, we recommend reviewing the wording with a fluent speaker.
Will it slow down my website?
We load the widget after the page has loaded, so it should not affect how quickly your content appears.
How is it priced?
A one-off setup plus a monthly fee for the software and support. We quote in NZD after the process audit.
